Our OnRamp Membership is designed for beginners in mind. For starters you will have a personal consultation with a CrossFit RAZE Coach.
Your personal consultation will include before and after weight and measurements along with a nutrition consultation and short assessment workout.
During your consultation we will schedule you for 4 weeks of Coach guided OnRamp leveled CrossFit classes based on your personal fitness level.
We have classes available to fit most any schedule including 5:20am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm along with Saturday at 10am and Sunday at 9am.
This is the perfect membership for those who are new to CrossFit or any fitness program along with those just getting back into working out!
